  • I had an all around great experience with Keffer Mazda. I originally brought in my CX-5 for the first time in 2 years after my check engine light came on--turns out it was only just a minor gas cap issue. I never had any issues and loved that car, especially in the previous New York winters that I originally purchased it for. As I was in the waiting room, I started to look at the Mazda3, which I've always loved. One of the salesmen, Kenny, did his due diligence and came over and started a normal (and not at all pushy) conversation with me about my situation and my lease and whatnot. After talking to him a bit, we discussed the possibility of trading my CX-5 in for the smaller Mazda3. Kenny was awesome throughout this whole deal. From the beginning, he never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was being haggled about getting a new car--he knew I didn't necessarily NEED to trade my car in and totally respected it. He was incredibly friendly and I could tell he really wanted to get me a good deal. I told him what I wanted, and he seriously delivered. Was incredibly responsive to any questions, phone calls, or texts. Go to him. So I went with the Mazda3 trade. This was such an easy and enjoyable process, especially for my first car lease that I completed on my own. Kenny is excellent. Gabe, the GM, is also a great, laid back, personable guy who makes you feel comfortable. Also worth a mention: when I originally came in for service for my CX-5, the service team was wicked nice and calmed me way down about the alarming check engine light. Didn't jump to expensive conclusions. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a Mazda, which you should, 100% go to Keffer. Awesome, fun staff that makes such a stressful/exciting process a breeze. Can't thank you guys enough!
