| - Let's start with the positives:
Estimator seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding my roof issue.
Technician that came to do the work was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up after himself - great representative for the company!
Price I was quoted is the price I was charged.
From estimate to job completion was only 8 days (awesome).
Now the negatives:
Estimator was late for Tuesday appointment.
After estimate, I called and gave CC for deposit and was told I would receive a scheduling call. Following Tuesday I called T-N-T (as I received no call) and was told they would be here to do the work in 2 hours (was told at estimate they'd prefer someone be home). Told them impossible to have someone home - they said would call to reschedule.
Today 7:15am - had a technician arrive at my home to tell me he would be unable to do the work today and could he come back on Friday - said that would be great.
Today 10:00am - Received call from office saying technicians don't schedule, office does, and they would be here in 1 hour. Let the dispatcher know that his companies customer service is horses***, and if not here by 11, to cancel service and refund my money.
Obviously, the technician was here on time and am very happy with the work (of course will need to have it rain to verify satisfaction). For price and technicians, would absolutely recommend, but due to utter lack of communication not only with myself but internally within their company, had to dock them 2 stars.
