  • The employees are scam artists. I've had a couple of very bad experiences at this store. Two years ago I purchased a tablet which I paid for in full up front. I was assured that I would not have a contract and that the monthly service would be $10/mo. When I got my next account statement I was being charged $35 a month and was locked into a two year contract! After endless amounts of time on the phone trying to resolve this issue, I was only able to get my bill down to $30. I was blatantly ripped off by this Fat Sack of Sh*t who still works there. You know who you are you Obese mother effer!!!!! Fast forward to last week. After owning the tablet for two years, it was pretty clear that I was essentially Never using the cellular data. I decided to cut my data plan. This seemed like it should have been pretty simple. Yet I was still at this store for an hour. When I checked my account, not only had my tablet's data plan not been cancelled, but I was signed up for two separate data plans on two separate two year contracts!!! Unbelievable! I can't say this about all the employees there, but these two are absolute scumbags. The salespeople are incentivized via commissions to screw customers. I know someone who worked there briefly who quit because she was uncomfortable with the sales practices. Avoid this store at all costs!
