  • I'm only giving 4 stars due to the construction. However, the upgrades to the hotel are obviously much needed but it looks great! The few staff members I dealt with were really nice and professional; Ericka, Ty and Shamica. I also want to point out that Shamica went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. She has exceptional customer service skills. We'll definitely stay there again the next time we're in Charlotte, NC.
