  • I have had an overall great experience with front desk, nursing staff (I really love Velvet!!), and Dr. Johnston. However, recently I had the displeasure of speaking with a business office worker by the name of Donna Sosedee in regards to a request from my employer. She was very rude, inappropriately provided clinical/medical advice in an accusatory manner (telling me I should go to an orthopedic or take iron pills), and made statements such as "oh you're not that far along" and "once or twice a week isn't bad" referencing my current situation with pregnancy. It was to the point that I began crying and had to disconnect the phone call. She had no regard for appropriate client care and did her best to make me feel invalidated in my request. I never thought that I would experience being mistreated by a staff member at my OBGYN in a situation as sensitive as my first pregnancy.
