  • i've had 2 escalades, bmw and my cts here. i've never had any significant issues until this week. I ordered brand new wheels and tires from this store on thursday. I spent 2 hours in the store with the guy as he scrolled thru options, then called a tech to see what size I need for my car, then called the warehouse to make sure they were in stock. he tells me the swap will take 45 mins. he tells me I will get a call and install should be at at around 11:30pm on friday. friday morning at 10am and i still have no call. i'm concerned because one. scheduled my entire work day around this. I call and come to find out that they were not in stock and they have to make 2 more. i'll have to wait till sat. (I needed this for sat night fir a special occasion) sat rolls around and it's 1pm in the after noon and nobody has called. I call them. thete is another mix up and now they won't arrive till monday. I call on monday and find out the warehouse "dropped the wheel and had to make another" it will be tuesday for the install now (5 days after promised delivery). tuesday rolls around and I finally get the install on tuesday late afternoon. I was told 1 hour. I was there for 3 hours. (I've now spent 5 hours in this store). the next morning we wake up to 2 flat tires at 35 degree temps. my wife had to walk our 5 and 7 year old to school because it was the last minute. I fill them up myself and I go back to the store. I spend a few more hours here and i'm told the other tech didn't seat the tires correctly, and didn't even close the air release nut. I leave, drive for 30 mins before I realize the back rear tire is making clicking sounds like something was inside it. it was the stem. the stem they replaced and accidendtly left inside my tire. so i has to bring it back in. I would now wait again, for a 4th time on this job I was told would take 45 mins, for another 2 hours. i witnessed them struggling with my last wheel for a very long time. they were having alot of trouble installing my tires (for the 4th time). after an eternity passed, the manager raced the car to me and ran off with the keys in my car in the parking lot. I got I and immediately saw the tpms sensor was reading 0 pressure. I go back in and they tell me it "might go off if I drive awhile". I drove home and no change. I realize that while they were struggling to install their own product, they broke off the tpms sensor inside my tire. I call them. the manager then tells me, after all these complete failures, at literally every step of the way during this transaction on their part, he has the nerve to tell me that they are not responsible for replacing the sensor (it's in the paperwork). that I need to buy a $70 part that they broke because they can't seem to install a tire they sell on thieir first 3 attempts. it's like i'm taking crazy pills. I shouldn't have had to have this tire installed multiple times in the first place?! . the manager was supposed to call me back tonight, but I received no phone call. not only did they screw up 3 installs, they also broke my tire on the 4th one and they want me to pay to fix their mistakes. honestly i'm blown away. I was told the previous owners are involved in cases of fraud and the new owners want to change the reputation around. hmmmm what do you think? I will update this review based on how this location handles this complete failure of thier responsibility in providing the service they promise to render. the staff on site did their best to fix this, but it really seems like they knew they broke my tire and tried to rush me out. now they want me to pay to fix it. what would you do?
