  • My husband went back there to give them a second chance and redeem our Free Oil Change coupon given to us from the last visit due to crappy service. He was given the 40-minute time frame as well. He waited an hour and went up to inquire about the car status, only to be in the same situation that I was - the car hadn't even gone back yet. He waited another half hour to find out the car hadn't gotten taken back yet again, as they promised it would the last time he went up to the counter. This time, he requested the keys and paperwork on it, slid the free oil change card across to the man at the counter, and said 'thanks for nothing, not even getting a free oil change here makes it worth coming', and he left. Save your time and frustration. Go to Walter's Automotive and leave happy.
