Purchased a used vehicle mid July 2016 from Airpark Motors of Scottsdale. Dealer, after purchase, made mention that if the car did overheat that I should pull over to let it cool of. (I was unaware of why and reasoned it being an old car and that the heat of AZ were the main factors.) Had overheating issues. Barely drove the car (not even 500 miles) because I was attending university. Took car in to a mechanic to check out overheating issue. Ran several tests and said there was a head-gasket leak that would cost thousands to repair. The mechanic who inspected and diagnosed the car, said that this problem had occurred before the purchase date based on prior vehicle history. Took car in to dealer to discuss and the person we spoke to was very rude, and he told us to get a lawyer. He would not give his full name, nor the name of the owner of the dealership. I only bought a car from this place because of the good reviews on multiple sites. Be very wary of their sales practices, once the 15 days are up (AZ lemon law), they won't even take you seriously because they already have your money.
