  • I want to start by stating that, yes, this cvs can be frustrating at times in the pharmacy area but it's probably due to the high volume and lack of staff. I have several medical issues and I'm at this location a lot! I love the pharmacists! Christine (the pharmacy manager) is a sweetheart. They all know me well. I'm an observer of human behavior. As I wait, I hear the rudest comments from customers directed at the staff regarding everything under the sun that they have no control over regarding prescriptions. Remember, these individuals are trying to do their jobs. They are human and have feelings. Pharmacists and technicians have very stressful jobs. I watch them do their best under impossible conditions. I get it. So, if it means waiting a few more minutes to get a script filled, I'll do it rather than risk an error like I have had at other chain pharmacies. In my opinion, this pharmacy staff is amazing. My only recommendation to cvs corporate is to add more staff to the pharmacy area. Don't be so stingy with your payroll.
