  • I have tried this pharmacy multiple times because it is so convenient for me. Each time I hope that the service will improve. It does not. The only reason that I am giving 2 stars is that I have always found the general staff here to be friendly and helpful. The pharmacy, however is another story. It is the worst pharmacy I have been to in a long time. I have never seen the "drop off" window open, which means even if you are just dropping of a script to pick up later, you have to wait (usually more than 30 min) with everyone waiting to pick up. The pharmacy staff tend to be cold and unfriendly. (in their favor, they may just be overworked & understaffed) There are many other pharmacies around where customers are not treated like an inconvenience. I will not be coming back here!
