As all of my friends know, I'm an idiot.
As I was coming home this morning I hit my garage door button from about a 100 yards away from my house. I didn't realize that the garage door was already up and my wife had the back trunk of her car up and in the path of the now-closing garage door.
So there was a door fight and the result was a small scratch on the car and the garage door came off the track.
I thought I could easily get the garage door back on track. Why I thought I could accomplish this task, I have no idea.
I made a complete mess out of the garage door that resulted in bent frames for the wheel track, crimped cables that needed to be replace and most importantly my car became trapped in the garage because the whole garage door assembly was tied in knots by the time I was done "fixing" it.
I did a quick map search and Garage Door Solved was the nearest place to me that repairs garage doors. David answered right away. He said he could be here in an hour.
He showed up right on time and put that baby back together like new. Actually better than new. Before the incident the door had a bit of a squeak to it and now it's almost silent. David was quick, professional and I thought extremely fair with his cost to unwind the mess that I had made.
He also does gates and lock smithing. I'd highly recommend him and his company.
