I can't say enough good things about Randy's!! The transmission & power steering rack on my 2004 Hyundai failed less than 3 months after the 10yr/100k mile warranty expired. I'd bought the extended full-coverage, and the car still has only 85k miles on it.
Randy's replaced the transmission & power steering rack for $1400 less than the Hyundai dealer quoted for just the transmission. The replacement trans was the same as dealer would have used --- re-manufactured (and warranteed) by Hyundai. Within a few weeks the transmission started leaking around the case. My regular repair shop said the transmission was bad, Randy's had done NOTHING WRONG. I took it back to Randy's, they called Hyundai for a warranty replacement transmission, but were told by Hyundai that leakage was due to labor and their warranty does not cover the labor!!!
Randy's went to bat for me with Hyundai and got Hyundai to replace the faulty transmission for no charge.
I would unhesitatingly recommend Randy's to anyone. Hyundai.....not so much.
