  • This was our first time using movers- and we were a bit nervous, as even the highest rated companies here have bad reviews. Thankfully, I can count my experience as one of the good ones! John, as a team lead, kept things going quickly and smoothly, and was very detailed as to every step of the process so that expectations were realistic. His crew, consisting of Paul and Richard, were incredibly polite, hard working, and non complaining, despite the piano and other heavy furniture we had. Simply put, those guys "went to town" on our stuff! It was a spectacle to be seen. We were on a budget, and they accommodated for that, working to get the items we absolutely needed out of the house. John packed our stuff like it was worth a million bucks, even though the destination was a mile away. From the estimate call to confirmation reminders to the movers themselves, I was incredibly pleased with the result, and count that money spent as one of the best investments I've ever made!
