rev:text	I'm so happy that someone responded! First I am not exaggerating about the situation with my dog (Jax)! He is 7 years old and he plays all the time with other dogs. Its understandable that he could get hurt playing, but why wasn't some sort of incident report filled out when this occurred?? Also if you all don't document when an animal gets hurt in your presence so all shifts are informed and are able to provide an explanation to pet owners, why didn't anyone at least CALL ME! I arrived to pick him up and the guy that was there had no clue why he was limping and had the nerve to tell me that he must've just started limping. When I asked why was his eye red he told me that he's color blind so he can't see it. Really? Also it took hours for someone to follow up with me and let me know what allegedly happened...I ended up having to call back about 5 hours later. In addition, how vigorous was he playing that caused his EYE TO BE RED AND SWOLLEN?!? I sent you pictures of this also and you never had a response for it and you still don't as you failed to address this in your response! So yes you are correct, you did tell me to let you know what the vet bill was and I said screw it! As far as him getting an upset stomach from the "stress of a new environment" that's a joke too because that only happened when he was taken to your facility and it has yet to happen at the new facility that he goes to. So I'm sure he was under stress at your facility but it had nothing to do with it being a new environment. I'm beyond sure that you guys don't have papers for majority of your animals and I won't take back a single thing that I said in my first post!
