  • The Sparklings is one of my top ten favorite restaurants in Vegas! The service is so amazing, everyone that works there works hard and always keeps such a positive attitude. The food is delicious!!! My favorite appetizer is the grapes and arugula flatbread...mmmm!!! The jambalaya is good as well as the cajun chicken and shrimp pasta. The decor is beautiful and it's never crowded no matter what time or day I go, which is a great thing because that means there's never a wait. I always take my friends here and it's a great place to take a date as well!
