rev:text	Came in here very frustrated with a previous tire replacement job from Certified Tire in Banning Cali , asked for specific tires picked up car with totally different (drifting tires) on my car also these vibrated and no traction control ( mom of 5) ....Was told to call warranty dept ( why ) it's an exchange ! But I did as I was asked , only to be sent to Big-O-Tires on Fort Apache / DI (manager David) not helpful at all ( his attitude said he didn't care to help ) then sent me away to GoodYear on W Sahara to see Asst Manager Nelson and wow he was extremely not helpful , he didn't even want to walk out to my car and check tires as Jonathon from warranty dept needed , Ken the manager said I should just buy new tires and wait for credit (knowing I would not get cash back but a store credit ) smh ! So again No resolution ! Johnathon was determined to help me get this resolved so asked me to come to Discount Tires ( said they will help ) and he was right ! Vassie and Cruz Asst managers were welcoming from the time I walked in , the got the 411 and handled business , Vassie called and said bring my car for exchange ! I understand that it's a chain but if it's the same Vendor than it gets paid so what has happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I couldn't be more happy and feel safe ! Thank you Vassie and Johnathon for being my advocate ! Momma don't play with my kids lives !
