  • After grooming my dog 3 times, and doing a good job, my dog looked so cute afterwards, I called for the 4th appointment and the girl on the phone was very rude, very cold and told me they don't come out my way. Told her they have been grooming my dog. She insisted they wouldn't come. Asked her if they cared if they lost my business, she was completely indifferent.
