  • UNBELIEVABLE. I have been coming here for years and have loved everything about this practice, until yesterday. Yesterday I had a filling with Dr. Wu at 2pm. Someone by the name of "Florita" or something was the "assistant". As she is holding the suction tube in my mouth I see her nodding off. You know when you fall asleep and your body starts to fall and you catch yourself and your eyes open. THAT IS WHAT THIS WOMAN WHO WAS WORKING IN MY MOUTH WAS DOING. I laid and watched her for a moment or two before I said something to make sure I wasn't CRAZY. I then stopped the dentist from what she is doing. I said I needed someone else to assist the dentist because she was falling asleep. I was BEYOND livid. Which anyone would and should be as I am paying money and trusting this establishment with my health and safety and this happens. The assistant goes on to say "I'm fine. My eyes just burn." Is that why her whole body was almost falling every 4-5 seconds and then she would move the tube. To top it off, not one person apologized for this and my procedure took almost 2 hours for 2 fillings when the dentist said it would be 30 minutes. A lot has changed at this practice from when I started going here and I sure do understand why dentists leave. I will NEVER be back. I have referred a lot of friends and colleagues to this practice and have informed them about this and will ensure no one I know will ever be back here. I have friends who are in dentist school and other acquaintances who are dentists and they have NEVER heard of such a thing. Absolutely unbelievable!
