  • Vietnam Veterans Park is a clean park with a playground and basketball goals. There's a duck pond, with lots of turtles and mallard ducks. Irish Buffalo Creek the runs along the back side of the park. With the park's open fields, it's a great place to go to fly kites and play Frisbee. Or go to enjoy the day and walk an easy trail. I've seen that there are two places, where when it rains, the water covers the trail. The park gets kind of swampy in the middle after heavy rains. It's a great place to take pictures, even so. Using the outer trail, you can avoid this section.
