I wanted to say what a very customer oriented company. I am a typical DYI'er that usually in the process of trying to fix something, break it more or lose parts. In this case I lost a very small clip that was custom to my water softener so I googled it, then started making calls. Not one company would give me the time a day, I assume due to the minimal request except for Michele Anderson at Integrity. She was so kind and helpful, not only listening to my dilemma but finding me the part, calling me back then sending it to me via mail at no charge!!!!!!! I could not say enough about this old fashioned service that you don't run across any more. If I ever have any water solution needs I will for sure come back and ask for Michelle, great job and thanks.
