  • As another reviewer suggested, I got a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. We took our Kia SUV there for an alignment because Discount Tires gave us a coupon for $59.95. When Victor called saying it would cost "a little more" because of some mechanical challenges, I said ok - it ended up costing $149.00. Wow. Worse yet, Victor said the bushings on the rear control arms needed replacement and he could order the parts and do the work right away. I said no, I'd take it to the Kia dealer because it might be covered under warranty (also, I was a little wary because other reviews said they had recommended work that wasn't needed). The Kia dealer said, "there's nothing wrong with your car." Hmmmm. Maybe an honest mistake, or maybe an effort to sell me work that wasn't needed. Either way, I don't think we'll be going back to visit Victor in Fountain Hills. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.
