  • I went to Zale's in the Galleria Mall the other day to have a 6-month checkup done on a ring. The Jewelry Consultant Jacky Marquez was just finishing up with another customer so she politely said that she would be right with us. 2 minutes later Jacky came up to us and asked how she could assist. I mentioned that I brought in a ring for its 6-month checkup and cleaning. Jacky let us know that she could do the cleaning right on the spot, or we could have it sent out for a thorough cleaning and Rhodium maintenance. This would be 2-week process, so we opted for the in store cleaning. She also said she would clean my girlfriend's other rings for free. This made my girlfriend very happy. Happy girlfriend = happy me While there, I inquired about another ring, and Jacky worked the numbers and let me know how much it would be, and also the price if I traded in the current ring. We weren't ready to trade in the current ring just yet, so she let me know the exact number to use to reference it when I am ready. There were no high pressure sales or buy it now tactics, which was appreciated and it didn't go unnoticed. When I am ready to upgrade, I will definitely go back to this store and ask for Jacky! I trust this store and their professionalism. The cleanliness of the store, the lighting, and the staff were all up to the Zale's standard I would expect.
