  • I came here to try the Hot Cheeto Cheese Fries and the Watermelon Slush. I had ordered both to go, but only so I could enjoy them in my car as it was crazy loud inside thanks to the music. After a twenty minute wait they called my number and the employee handed me my drink and told me it would be awhile for my fries. Seriously? I ordered both to go and you're going to hand me my drink so it can start to melt and tell me it will be awhile before my fries are done? I asked him how long awhile was, and he said I don't know. Awhile? Did you want me to go check? I told him yes, I would very much like him to check and he went to the back. When he came back he told me they were just ... and he couldn't think of what he wanted to say so he started to make hand gestures. Based on the gestures I understood they were putting the toppings on my fries. Great. Thank you. I'll say that the Watermelon Slush was delicious and refreshing. Exactly what I wanted on a hot day. However, the Hot Cheeto Cheese Fries (which I was so excited to try) were extremely disappointing. The fries were cold. The cheese was cold. And the powder they put on top represented hot cheetos in color only as there wasn't an ounce of heat to it. I can understand waiting for food items when the place is busy, but to wait and then be given cold food on top of that? Talk about a disappointment. My slush is the only reason Zero Degrees is even getting two stars.
