rev:text	I love this apartment complex!!! I have been here four months and haven't experienced anything negative, so the negative reviews are beyond my comprehension. I have a one bedroom upstairs. It's quiet--I don't hear anyone. Parking isn't an issue, but I have one car (not two like someone mentioned he had). The location is great--right across the street from Fry's. The maintenance crew is great too. Things are fixed in an adequate amount of time. When I turn in a maintenance request, I am able to list the urgency which I think is good. That gives them an idea of how fast they need to get to my place. Even when I've put "medium" urgency, they show up within two hours. Amazing guys! The office staff is just as efficient and friendly. I like to go in just to say hi. No one has ever been rude, so I'm not sure where those comments are coming from. To the people who get upset because the rent gets raised, that's a pretty normal happening in an apartment complex once your lease is up for renewal. So don't blame the office staff. I have absolutely no complaints here. It was a good move for me!
