| - A Bust! Unless you live down the street or have children that just want to be around farm animals, then pass on this one. Just save your time and money for someplace else here in LV.
We were lured into thinking we could purchase a lot of farmers market-type foods there. Instead, there were hardly any fresh veggies, and what they had were all bagged in plastic - we could've gone to Smith's for that!! The selection of eggs were limited, and there really wasn't much else except some jam and honey, none of which they even provided any samplings of.
This place is super duper small, and we we're done in about 10 minutes. Even the farm animal section for kiddies could be wrapped up in another 5 minutes. The place also isn't very well kept. I understand it's a "farm", but it didn't seem well maintained, and I wasn't a fan of the number of cats roaming around all over. However, I suspect they need them, because you know what cats are really good at...
Looks like the owners live on the premises, so it looked like a small family owned business. Oddly, none of the employees were friendly at all, and I overheard a worker repeatedly "warning" (in a not so nice way), a customer who was planning a children's party there, not to bring more kids than they agreed upon.
Only upside was that the animals were people-friendly, especially if you were carrying food, so you can get some real up close photos of your feathered friends, as I did.
Otherwise, just not worth a trip here, for food or animals. Too bad.
