  • Great bar food on at the Capital. My wife and I got in at just the right time before the Friday dinner rush came by. I had the old fashioned burger which came done medium as I asked (which is not common) with large slabs of bacon and a sunny side up egg. Very tasty. The cheese curds with tiger sauce were awesome too. The horseradish kick of the tiger sauce was a perfect compliment to the deep fried cheesy goodness. My wife had the traditional old fashioned to drink which I tasted. It was the perfect classic Wisconsin brandy old fashioned. I tried the door county cherry old fashioned, which was good, but not at all sweet. It was tart from the cherry and made with a good whiskey. We'll be back again. It would be a great spot for a group of friends.
