  • They came and looked at my pipes and said, "you know, they're really not in bad shape. I wouldn't do anything to it," and left. No charge. I thought I needed new pipes and the Pertzborn plumber said "not really," and did not charge me a penny. I call that honest, and what more can you ask for? Every other time I've had a Perzborn plumber they've done excellent work for what seemed like a fair price to me. Again, what more could you ask for?
