  • We frequent this location quite often, today when we came in we ordered two smoothies and a sandwich. We received our smoothies pretty quickly, but they completely forgot about the other half of the order. It wasn't until 20 minutes that we spoke up and the girl at the register just said, "oh." And walked in the back. It took us about 25 minutes or so just to get a sandwich...she didn't offer any compensation of any sort, she just said it didn't show up in their system for some reason. Which doesn't make sense since we paid for it, but oh well...they're not very attentive.
