I would have given 5 stars from the start had I spoke with the owner at the beginning of my job and if he had quater backed my move. I had some damaged furniture and a little overcharging and the owner reached out to me and made it right! I know some may think hey, that's what your suppose to do right? But the fact is I have moved 12plus times in last 5 years and I have NEVER seen a moving company have the integrity to step up and make an error right.. until I spoke with Lee that is. He whent above and beyond what the insurance requirements was to cover my damages and the over charge for the services the movers provided. Even though my move was kinda botched, just knowing now that I can reach someone that accepts accountability and provides a high level of customer service is worth me giving them another shot. So guess I will be hitting you up for the next time I need a move or to. Thanks again Lee!! Sorry I had the wrong name lol.
