  • If you ever buy a car here, don't change your mind. A week after owning the kia optima, we changed our minds. We decided that we didn't like the car and went back to VW, which we absolutely love. After going back and forth, getting voided and cancelled payoff check copies from VW, filling out all kinds of paperwork, making phone calls, and getting a million excuses; today we're told that the check will be ready on Sept.1st. The Optima was purchased May 29th, and we are owed $5000 for all the warrenties that were purchased. Oh, and one of the turnoffs about this brand new car, was that 2 months after purchasing it, they expect you to pay for an oil change! CarMax doesn't even do that to car purchasers. And they sell used cars! So after everyone else gets commissions, and Kia gets interest on OUR money, we're still waiting.......
