I bought my car at Right Toyota a little over 2 years ago and left with a bad taste in my mouth after their closer told me "I think too much" when asking questions about my purchase. Super condescending and irritating. I have serviced my car here because it was under warranty, but always had a negative experience, long wait times, always need something extra, etc. today was the final straw. Came in for a basic oil change and left with 400.00 of work that I got pressured into. On top of that, their cashier had an attitude and told me I would have to go track down my service rep to get him to ok a coupon, that it needed to be shown before they started working. Why? So you can do a shoddy job to make up the coupon price? Feels shady if you ask me. Then I am told it will only be 45 min to finish up all the extra stuff, which I told them was the absolute longest I could stay because my husband needed to get to work. It took an hour and a half and my husband was late to work. I had to ask 3 times where my car was before they brought it out, and then parked it where I was stuck and couldn't get out because of the incoming service car line, and made me wait an additional 10 min. It's been real right Toyota. Happy to never come back.
