| - my husband and i switched since we needed unlimited data. within 3 days of switching, my husband's phone cracked while in his pocket!!! he went back to the original store and they turned their back on him...twice. he experienced the worst customer service of his life. i really wish we checked yelp before going in there!!! they never did talk to him, even the manager blew him off, and each person stated he needed to call the insurance provider and there is nothing they can do. (fyi, the person who signed us up never even added the insurance even though we said "yes, add it on"!)
i can go on and on about how he was treated each time he went back. this store has got to be shut down. they need customer service training. upper management needs to reassess who they select as "managers." a manager is not just someone who has not quit yet.
within 4 days of signing up with sprint, i bypassed sprint completely and signed up with t-mobile. my phones are better, you get unlimited data, the price is the same, and the customer service was unbelievably great. i'd go to the t-mobile down the street on brookpark.
the icing on the cake: (i'm sorry i have to use all caps for this)...when you call the sprint customer service number at 1-866-275-1411 and you follow the prompts through one option is "if you are a prior sprint customer, please press 2." sean presses 2. once it connects you are connected to the rudest message i have ever heard when contacting a customer service line. the message says "goodbye" and it hangs up on you.
yes, it hangs up on you.
advice: when you call to bitch at sprint for their bad customer service or for a refund, pretend you are just signing up.
this business will be out of business.
