  • We decided to check out Garage Beirut given all the good reviews here on Yelp and craving for some middle eastern food! Not completely disappointed but certainly expected more. We ordered the mixed hot appetizer plate and also the mixed grill plate (for 2). Was disappointed that the appetizer did not come with any hummus or other sauce, and presentation of the dish was extremely basic. The mixed grill was delicious and a good amount for 2 people to share. The chicken was probably the best. Staff was friendly enough though the waiter did not smile even once! The decor is unique and the ambiance very intimate (i.e. tables are super close to each other). I'm on the fence about whether I would visit again.
