called them as instructed by home warranty, broken AC. Called on Tuesday. Paid the $60
Technician arrived late Friday afternoon, called me at 4:19 saying Freon leak. A fee of $150 was required to LOCATE the leak. I offered my credit card, he refused saying had to be done through the main office. When I called the office was closed. He said to my tenant he would be back on Monday. I called my own AC people, they got there, could not understand why $150 to LOCATE the leak, NOT to fix it. Hard to miss the spot. A broken pipe and a large dried puddle of Freon, looks like oil. Everything was taken care in within 65 minutes, by my AC person. I guess the $60 was for the ride???? Apparently this is their M.O. if you read the other reviews...yeah, so much Better..NOT.
