Was in the neighborhood, had not had a bite to eat since breakfast, so dropped in.
Ordered the brisket with a side of bbq beans. Nice smoke flavor to the meat, nicely seasoned. Moist. Beans were nice, but order is on the small side.
Ordered this as their "sandwich" method of serving, so it came on two pieces of Texas toast and a side of "appropriate slaw". The slaw was a horseradish slaw and was out of this world! This needs to be added to the sides menu! I'd order this all day everyday!
Will be back for the pork-a-strami, which per the pit master, is a brined and smoked pork loin which is finished on the flat-top, ala east-coast beef pastrami.
