  • Stopped in at the Paina Cafe, Las Vegas NV location for some lunch on the way back to San Diego last Sunday afternoon and i'm gla we did. Kip and his crew are doing awesome stuff in the quite little area off Spring Mountain road. My wife and I both had the famous Kimura Ahi Katsu. Wow, instense flavors, good crunch and just a right amount of potato salad on the side and I have to say its one of the best potato salads i've had. My son had a spicy ahi bowl with a few sides and my other son had the Kalua pork bowl, both loaded with poke and kalua pork. I samped both and could have easily had either one of them for lunch. Don't forget Annette and her scrumptious desserts. The coco puffs.....insane! The little chantilly and ube tarts is where its at! Dad had a Long John, he left nothing but powered sugar dust on the floor! Sorry about the mess! We had to get a few more for the long ride back home! Mahalo Kip and your crew
