  • Do not order windows from them . Long story short... They have awful customer service. After paying for three windows, two of the windows took about three weeks longer than they had confirmed. They never called to tell me there was a problem with the window. When I called them they stated there was something wrong with the window so they sent it back. They never called me to let me know this was going on. When we picked up the window and got it home we realized the screen was missing. They had the nerve to say that the screen was there at pick up - that's an absolute lie. It's also crazy that they would actually say that to me. After finally getting the screen picked up and installing it it was damaged. Our window installer had to take everything apart and remake the screen. I did not want to call them because I was so tired of arguing with these people. I also want to state that the windows look to be like they were made very cheaply I posted some pictures. I prefer to post happy reviews but this time no way these people were awful to deal with
