  • Sweet Republic is good. It's solid. They have worked hard to build a name for themselves, and I think that's awesome. I've been twice, the ice cream is legit. For me, personally, I also enjoy other places equally, but they are definitely worth checking out - they may end up being your favorite. I would love to see them do ice cream sandwiches!
