  • The closest thing I have had to camping out in a while, but it was fun! (Btw, I don't camp). There is no turn-down service, no mints on the pillows, and the sheets are rough. But, it was clean and the staff were very nice. I went on a chartered "Party Bus" (read:Frat Boys) leaving LA at 10am Saturday, arriving in Vegas at 5pm...for the low, low price of $100. 20 hours later, on our way back for the homeland. Fitzgeralds was the place to lay our heads and shower for the duration. Good times! This was my first Fremont experience. I was pleasantly surprised! Not nearly as skeevy as I expected! The gambling was good, the drinks were stiff, and the friends were all having a great time! Next trip is planned for February 20th, and I am so there!
