I do not have the authority to talk about the regional transit in Greater Cleveland. But I will anyway. Let's start shredding our own cheese, people. Let's make America Grate again.
I have mixed experiences with Cleveland buses. They're not as awfully expensive as in some cities, and they do cover Cleveland fairly well (but not the suburbs, to be honest). They're full of interesting characters, and angry drivers (which can be fun). They don't always stop for you (boo) and certainly won't wait 30 seconds for you if you're running to a stop. Not often, anyway. Cleanliness and sanitation is hit or miss, but much closer to a hit than NYC, Philly or Boston. Nowhere near as nice as DC though.
Some of the stations especially out near the Universities and in Cleveland Heights, are futuristic and awesome. I included a pic of one. Overall I give the service a 3. It could be more extensive and better-kept but on the whole, no complaints.
Greater, maybe. But Greater than what. Certainly not greater than Cleveland.
