  • This company is on Allstates preferred list but I cannot understand why and will be calling Allstate to share my experiences. A few months ago I had to have a vehicle towed- they said they would be there in 30 min and would call me when 15 min away. 2 hours later still no call. The receptionist/dispatcher was SO rude, unapologetic and nasty. They said they would be there in 15 min- still no one came and no one called! This is the WORST service I have experienced in a long time. They never came that evening and I had to have the car towed the next day instead. I had to have a vehicle towed again yesterday- they said it would be 30 min and would call when near. Based on my first experience I waited an hour and then went to the place to meet them. Almost an hour and a half from my call and they said they would be there in 30 minutes, were SO rude again, and the driver said he had only just gotten the call!!! They have wasted hours of my time. I will NEVER use them again and will be calling Allstate immediately. Warning- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not appreciate their customers.
