  • When it comes to professional business practice this place is a zero on a scale from 1 to 10. I came in here and had an evaluation done a couple months ago. I need an implant and the doctor recommended me to their Boulder City location so I could get a scan of my gumline. I went to Boulder City and got the scan done and brought the disc back to them. Two weeks later I called to see what the status of the disc was because no one contacted me. They told me he hadn't looked at it yet but that he would get back to me in a few days. A month and a half later still no response from them. I called in to see what was going on and the receptionist told me the disk was still sitting on his desk. It's literally been two months now since I brought the disc there. I told her to just throw the disc away and forget about it as I wouldn't want anyone that can't even handle simple business practices to go into my mouth and do dental work. Terrible business practice and complete slackers. For the icing on the cake when I went in to drop off the disc I must've waited there for 15 minutes before someone finally came out the back and took the disk. They would literally peek through the curtain and look at me every couple minutes and then go back to what they were doing. No "we'll be right with you" or any acknowledgement even though they would make eye contact with me. One of them was just eating. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
