  • These guys are truly awesome! I had been complaining to the dealership auto shop for the past 3 years about a "hiccup" my car had. They couldn't find it, nor fix it. Shadow Mountain figured out the problem and fixed it in just 1 day. They even gave me the parts that were not installed correctly by the dealership so that I can go back to them with proof. They explained everything to me in laymen terms, without being condescending. I cannot sing their praises enough. This is definitely my new go-to auto shop!!! Thank you Rip, Mike, and Steve!!!!
