  • I've been with this group for several months and so far, I am impressed. Showed up one day for an acute visit with no appointment, first thing in the morning, and they saw me within 45 minutes (your mileage may vary). They seem to be on the ball, have good check-in staff that are nice and efficient, and I have not been kept waiting very long for a scheduled appointment (it would be OK if I was, I get it). Plus they respond to MyChart messages very fast, which I notice. I have had good physician experiences as well, of course. So far, I am glad I switched from a much larger facility located a few blocks away.
