  • I really wish I would of looked at the comments before I had Hawthorne come to my house. I never would of never called them. Kyle was the service man. Very nice and pleasant young man. However he totally misdiagnosis what was wrong with my ac. He gave me an estimate from 2, 785 which was only a temporary fix not under warranty. He had stated we needed a new flex duct. Plus sealing of all the orher ducts connections. The other option were from 8 thous to 10 thous. Under warranty. .. replace ac unit.. . When my husband got back in town I told him what he said.. My husband frustrated decided to go under the house. We were confused. How could we need a new ac. Because it was blowing ice cold. It just had a flow problem. What my husband found really upset me. We didn't need a new flex duct.. it wasn't connected. . After my husband connected it boy was my air cold. The ac is fixed. I can't believe it..please beware, or cautious.. we saved 10 thousand. .
