I came here this past Easter with my family, we had a decent size group (6) so I made reservations before hand. I was excited to try this location (which is well over an hour away from me) in particular because I wanted to try the different menu options. I had even called ahead to ensure that they would be serving their regular menu items along with the Easter brunch menu and whoever I was speaking with that day had told me that they would be. Needless to say that when we got there and got our menus it was a let down to discover that they in fact were not serving food from their regular menu....We all ordered and when the food came most of the groups dishes were cold and the veggies were still mostly raw in the napoleon grilled cheese and harvest hash! It seemed like the plates had been ready to bring to us for a while so they had just been sitting out and getting cold before they were actually brought over. There were a few mix ups with drink orders on top of that as well. The front manager there (Daniella) had to come over and offered to have our cold meals redone. We eventually got our hot meals but mine was brought out with a completely empty cup where the bbq sauce was supposed to be! How do you bring over a plate and not notice that lol? I just had to laugh at that one though. The food was great once everything was done correctly and Daniella really saved the day. Our meal ended up being on the house which was really amazing of her to do! We got a few desserts, the carrot cake and carrot cupcake. The cake tasted great but had way too much frosting and the cupcake was totally try.
