  • I ordered an arrangement through FTD for my parent's anniversary. This was my mom's first anniversary since we lost my father last year and I wanted it to be special for her. When my mom received the arrangement she sent me a picture. It looked nothing like the upgraded arrangement I had ordered. I had spent over $100 on the order and the arrangement that was sent included only a couple of roses and mostly greens. I called FTD to complain and the arrangement was supposed to be replaced, but as of today (5 days later) nothing has been done. I have tried contacting Arizona Rose, but they never seem to answer their phones. Do not order through them, their arrangements are cheaply done and you will only be disappointed.
