  • Tagging along with my husband and he pulls this place up on weedmaps and sees there is a discount for the holiday. We get there around 2:00 we are the only ones in the check in area. I have only been to 2 other dispensary's and this one was quite different. You walk into the Lobby it's a gray room with some chairs and doors on either side of the checkin window. They checked is in and said you can go in but didn't really direct us so we get sent to a large room with couches in a circle they had a tv not exactly sure what it was playing and bathrooms, there were 2 guys waiting. The pictures on the wall were bad ass. Finally our turn, they call us back to another room smaller than the waiting room, where there are two bud tenders standing behind the counter neither of them helping anyone so it was just my husband and I when we walked in that room. The bud tender asked asked my husband if he was in the industry and what dispensary he worked at then what we were looking for, my husband tells him he wants the special the bud tender asked the other bud tender if they had anymore she said "I just sold the last one" and that kinda was the end of the conversation, there was no what about this or let me show you that. So we were about to leave and something catches my husbands eye so we end up making a purchase. As we were checking out the guy gives us the total my husband pulls out cash puts it on the counter and asked if I had the change so as I grab it from my purse and hand it over and the bud tender says "I can't take your change I already put in that you gave me this much and I can't except anything else then what I put in or my register will be messed up" really? Of course not taking the exact change is not a big deal. But it is part of their bad customer service. Walking in we weren't asked to see ID the girl just sat there, she didn't ask if we had ever been there before or offer any insight on their process. Being called back and the bud tender to not even try to offer assistance in something similar to what we were looking for and he wasn't very friendly. I'm not sure if it's because my husband worked in the industry but I don't and all this is new to me. I felt very rushed in the entire process. I will give them a plus because on the window when you check in it says you can pre order/order online and pickup so that's convenient. The bud tender also explained their return policy and we had it explained to us 3 times at our visit that they had jut changed their systems so they had to do or couldn't do something.
