  • ***Would Never Recommend*** Our AC went out this weekend at around noon. I called the owner of this company around 2pm to request service ASAP. I have a very pregnant wife that is due in 6 weeks - this is an emergency! We chatted for a minute and he asked me to text him my address, he would come over around 6pm after he got off the job he was on. We though, "GREAT, what a nice guy." So we waited around in the hope he would come to help. Around 7pm, I text him again and asked him if he was still going to make it out. No response. No Call, No Show. Absolute silence. So he basically drug us out the rest of the day, not giving the common courtesy to find someone that could make it out. Our house had reached 90 degrees by then. We had to find a hotel. The sad part is, this guy was out a few months prior, and I TIPPED HIM $50 on TOP of our $150 bill. Talk about integrity and ethics to people that first PAID IT FORWARD first.
