Admittedly I am a croissant snob. I've traveled to Europe many times and have tasted the best :) I have to say the almond croissant at la Madeline is fantastic. It's light and fluffy on the inside and has that little crunch of flaky goodness on the outside. I now find myself going there a few times a week just for these amazing almond croissants. I tried the raspberry one as well and it was way too sweet and didn't have the beautiful texture as the almond. The quiche is super good as well!
